Two Signs are Better than One
When a seller contracts a home inspection, I will plant a pre-inspected sign next to the Realtor’s sign, to alert potential buyers that the home already has been inspected. There are many advantages to seller inspections.
Home Flipper – two for one
Once a home flipper is serious about a property, I will conduct a FREE walk through with the customer, identifying any major problems, with the understanding I will return for a full inspection when the home is ready to go on the market.
New Construction
Building a new home? Have it inspected before you move in, to ensure your builder constructed it the way he promised

Mold Inspections
Suspect a mold problem in your home? We offer comprehensive visual inspections to identify moisture problems, which are the main cause of inside mold growth. Our inspections include air, surface, and wall cavity sampling tests, spore counts, and mold type identification. We are certified by the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2).
