Dependable Home Inspections, LLC, located in Pottsville, PA, and Philadelphia, PA is an independently owned and operated business. Owner/inspector Dean Conrad is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
I have many years experience in residential remodeling. In addition, I have more than 15 years experience in water and air quality testing in industrial settings.
I am a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT).
I am a member of:
- International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)
- Affiliate member of Schuylkill County Board of Realtors
- Penn State Alumni Association
- International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2)
- I work exclusively for my customers

- I do not perform repairs on homes inspected

Spencer Conrad is a graduate of Philadelphia University, with a BS in architectural studies and a masters degree in business administration.
He is a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT).
 He is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
Spencer has more than 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction.
